How do I place an order?
We have made ordering at Stateside a simple and secure process. You simply place the items you may wish to purchase in your shopping basket by clicking Add to Basket, after selecting any size or quantity you require. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You may continue shopping and add to, or remove item from, the Shopping Basket as you desire.
You can review the contents of your basket at any time in the shopping basket by clicking on the Shopping Basket button located at the top left hand side of the page. This will list your current chosen items.
Once you have found all the items you require click Go to Checkout, where we will ask you to confirm your password and Email details, if previously registered, or register by providing these details. Please note there is the Quick Checkout option which allows you to purchase from us without registering; and then pay for your purchases by following the simple instructions given there.
When you have completed the checkout details you will be shown a Final Order Summary.
Before confidential bank details are requested you will be transferred to a secure server using Barclays Merchant Services to complete your transaction. Barclays provide a secure public-and-private key encryption, and a digital certificate will establish your credentials when doing Internet business or other on-line transactions. An independent certification authority, issues this certificate.
You will then need to enter your payment details including your card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorised through our Barclays Merchant Payment Service Provider.
Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Order Summary page you must have read understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Use.
When will I receive my order?
We offer a fast and efficient delivery service and aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from the time of order placement. You will receive your order by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, this will require a signature upon delivery, and allows us to track the order. You will receive an Email to confirm that your order has been processed and the goods will be delivered as quickly as possible. In the event that there is a delay in the delivery of your goods, we will endeavour to contact you to let you know.

How much is postage and packing?
Currently Stateside do not employ a standard postage and package cost. Each orders delivery cost is worked out individually, based on size and weight. This ensures the best value for money for our customers and allows us to keep the costs down to a minimum based on the order.
All our orders are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, but we are able to provide alternative delivery methods such as Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Day. Simply choose the option when ordering.
If there is a specific delivery type you desire which you cannot see, feel free to contact us and we will try our best to arrange it to your requirements. All additional delivery charges are added to your order.
Remember! Our delivery services require a signature upon receipt. This is for your peace of mind and to ensure we can track the order.
There is a problem with the goods that have been delivered, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the goods that been delivered we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Stateside, as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. A hardcopy invoice marked paid will be dispatched to you with all purchases; you will also receive an Email invoice if you have ordered online. Your invoice is your proof of payment and also your guarantee, keep it safe!
If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of item. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and, where possible be accompanied by original packaging. Customers should arrange their own return courier. If, however Stateside, are required to arrange pickup and return delivery of an item, the full cost of arranging that service will be deducted from the refunded amount. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together.
Can you help me with my team wear and equipment?
Setting up a team or club? Need a team kit or uniform? Already have one and need new threads? Then maybe Stateside can help? We offer a full range of team wear and equipment.

Where is your shop?
Stateside are located at the Wildcats Arena, home to the Nottingham Wildcats Basketball team. We are situated in the Bakersfield area, about 2 miles away from the centre of Nottingham, and serviced by several local bus routes, making us easy to find and easy to reach.

We stock Jerseys, T-Shirts, Footwear, Caps, accessories and more from brands such as Reebok, And1, Nike, Champion, Majestic and Adidas. So drop by Stateside, you won’t be disappointed!
